Delicious Rosemary Fish Kabab Ingredients: 1 pound firm white fish (tilapia, mahi-mahi, or cod), cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary, chopped (about 2 tablespoons) 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon lemon zest  1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon paprika  1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C). 2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). 3. Add the fish cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. 4. Thread the marinated fish onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece. 5.
